Platform

KYC

Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the 775bd platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you declare that you are 21 or older.
775bd may request a national identity card or other official documents at any time for the purpose of age verification. Failure to verify may result in the account being suspended or closed.
One Account Policy
Each individual may open and operate only one account. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account.
Registration Requirements

Account Management
Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
775bd may require KYC verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, passport, or proof of a mobile banking account. Withdrawals will be temporarily held until KYC is completed.
Closing an Account
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our responsible gaming initiative.
Inactive Accounts
An account will be marked as "inactive" if there is no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. However, the original deposited balance in the account will never be reduced below zero.
Financial Transactions
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on the 775bd platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit does not appear, please contact the support team with proof of the relevant transaction.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if there is any suspicious activity on the account.
- Withdrawals must be made to the account holder's own mobile banking number.
Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 775bd does not provide any foreign currency conversion service.
Taxes and Duties
It is entirely the user's own responsibility to pay any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees on gaming winnings. 775bd does not provide any advice on this matter.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions that are published along with the offer.
- Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If multiple bonuses are running at the same time, only one bonus will be active.
- If false information is deliberately provided to obtain a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- 775bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program
The 775bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold through regular play.
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP benefits may change at any time at 775bd's discretion and do not constitute a legal right.
Gaming Rules
Game Operations
All games available on the 775bd platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the game server logs. If a valid win is cancelled due to a technical issue, 775bd will restore it.
Right to Cancel Bets
775bd reserves the right to cancel any bet recorded due to an error in the game system, incorrect odds, or a software bug. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.
Sportsbook
For sportsbook betting, bet acceptance may close before an event begins. Odds may change during any live betting event. Bets on cancelled or suspended events are generally refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 775bd platform. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Conducting coordinated or artificial betting activity with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or make any other unauthorised modification to the platform's software.
- Using automated bots or scripts to participate in games.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or misleading information.
